Compatibility is the buyer's responsibility unless our team has confirmed fitment for your specific vehicle. Part numbers, OEM references, and aftermarket equivalents are provided for identification purposes.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in the local currency and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders if pricing errors occur. Payment is processed securely through our payment partners. Wholesale pricing is available for approved trade accounts only.

4. Ordering & Availability

Orders are subject to availability. In the event a product is out of stock, we will contact you with estimated lead times or alternative options. For imported parts, lead times may vary and will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused parts in original packaging. Parts that have been installed, modified, or damaged are not eligible for return. Electrical components are non-returnable unless defective. Please see our full Returns & Warranty policy for details.

6. Limitation of Liability

Smartup Auto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We are not responsible for labour costs, vehicle downtime, or losses resulting from part failure.
